California Department of Food and Agriculture Releases Proposed Cultivation and Tracking Regs

On April 28, 2017, the California Department of Food and Agriculture released proposed regulations to establish cannabis cultivation licensing and a track-and-trace program. The proposed regulations define the cannabis cultivation licensing process and triggers a 45-day public comment period. The last day to submit written comment to the Department is June 12, 2017.
