Lindsay’s practice area focuses on cannabis compliance and helping clients operate within the confines of California’s regulated cannabis market. As a former member of RLG’s Compliance Team, Lindsay practice involved advising clients on MAUCRSA, the California Health and Safety Code, and the commercial cannabis regulations promulgated by the various state agencies responsible for issuing commercial cannabis licenses.

Lindsay joined the RLG team in 2017 as a Law Clerk and became an Associate Attorney with the firm after passing the Bar Exam. Prior to joining RLG, Lindsay attended law school at University of San Diego School of Law, where she focused her work experiences on real estate and land use. Lindsay also interned for a mobile communications company, where she drafted complete applications for conditional use permits – a skill she now puts to work frequently for cannabis business clients.

At RLG, Lindsay also worked on two special education cases, representing students and families in Due Process proceedings. Now, Lindsay additional special education cases, assisting students and families with obtaining proper services and accommodations under state and federal law.
