Lindsay received her bachelor’s degree from University of Oregon, where she first discovered her interest in the law while volunteering in the Victim Services Department at the Lane County District Attorney’s Office. Lindsay then earned her J.D from University of San Diego School of Law, where she served as a member of the San Diego Law Review Journal and was President of the Real Estate and Land Use Society.
While attending law school, Lindsay worked as a law clerk, drafting and reviewing letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, franchise agreements, and lease agreements for commercial real estate transactions – mainly large hotels and commercial office buildings. Lindsay also interned for a mobile communications company, where she drafted complete applications for conditional use permits – a skill she now puts to work daily for our cannabis clients at RLG.
Lindsay is excited to utilize her past experiences in real estate and compliance to further the interests of RLG clients and on behalf of the cannabis industry as a whole.
