Tiffany ho-Rivera

Tiffany joined Rogoway Law Group in 2017, and she came to us with years of experience as the Director of Operations for a multinational law firm with offices in the US and Asia. There, Tiffany oversaw the firm’s operations and human resources while the firm experienced exponential growth, she also played a key role in the expansion of the firm’s client base across the US, Asia and Europe.

As our Director of Operations, Tiffany oversees the firm’s human resources, finance, administrative operations, and marketing functionality. Other than her general responsibility to direct firm administrative operations, Tiffany also plans for the changing needs of the firm, develops and implements key processes to aid firm operations, contributes to cost-effective management throughout the organization, and works closely with the Managing Attorney as a strategic partner on overall business planning and practice management.

Tiffany has a B.A. from UCLA and is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
