§17219. Juice Manufacturing.

Manufacturers of cannabis juice or cannabis-infused juice or beverages shall prepare and implement a written juice hazard analysis and critical control plan in accordance with the requirements of title 21, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 120, subpart A, section

120.8 and subpart B, section 120.24, (Rev. January 2001), which are hereby incorporated by reference. The hazard analysis and critical control plan shall be made available to the Department upon request.

§17220. Dried Meat Manufacturing.

Manufacturing of cannabis-infused dried meat products shall be conducted in accordance with the United States Department of Agriculture FSIS Compliance Guideline for Meat and Poultry Jerky Produced by Small and Very Small Establishments: 2014 Compliance Guideline (Rev. 2014), which is hereby incorporated by reference. Meat for manufacturing into dried meat products shall be acquired from a commercially-available source.
