Outside General Counsel Program

Our Relationships Maintain Value

Through our Outside General Counsel Program, our clients pay a set fee for an agreed upon number of hours that our attorneys will be available per month (often operating at a discount on standard hourly rates). As outside general counsel, we are available on an ongoing basis to work with our clients through both the most significant events in their business as well as their day-to-day operational needs, all while allowing clients the ability to budget for their legal needs.

Multidisciplinary Expertise

The Outside General Counsel program allows clients to harness our vast industry-specific legal expertise. As outside general counsel, we are available on an ongoing basis to work with our clients through both the most significant events in their business as well as their day-to-day operational needs.

Our average blended hourly rate through the Outside General Counsel Program is often considerably lower than both our standard hourly rates as well as those of other firms. Through our Outside General Counsel Program, we are able to provide this significant value while also providing the subject matter expertise that we are known for.

Detailed & Thorough

Attorney-client relationships are at their best when they are durable and involve a depth of knowledge of our clients. Working consistently with clients as part of the Outside General Counsel program allows us to provide the most effective representation over a company’s life cycle.
