Ana is the administrative linchpin of the firm, responsible for overseeing non-attorney staff. Ana has been a part of Rogoway Law’s continued growth and transformation as the cannabis industry enters a new paradigm. College educated and fluent in Spanish, her contributions to the firm’s operations cannot be overstated.
Ana believes diversity in the workplace allows for a broader spectrum of ideas and solutions. It is one of the things she loves most about working at Rogoway Law where she engages with a highly-collaborative team of colleagues from disparate backgrounds who are pulling together to be the best in their industry.
Born in Mexico, Ana moved to the U.S. with her family at an early age and grew up in both the North and South Bay areas. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Sonoma State University and worked in banking prior to joining Rogoway Law in 2013.
In her free time, Ana plays soccer as a member of her local women’s soccer league. She also loves taking in museum exhibits, volunteering in the community, traveling to sandy beaches, hiking, kayaking, and running with her dog, Bubba.
