About Jessica Garcia

Jessica joined Rogoway Law Group in 2016 and works in the firm’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining RLG Jessica attended California State University, Chico where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies. While studying at CSU Chico, Jessica was a board member of the Pre-Law Society and interned at both the Community Legal Information Center and the Butte County jail as a legal research assistant. In 2013, she also earned her Paralegal Certificate from CSU Chico.

Jessica’s prior experience as a paralegal, which includes working for Newmeyer and Dillion as a litigation paralegal, makes her imperative to our team. At Rogoway Law Group, Jessica assists the San Francisco legal team with entity formation, drafting corporate governance documents and corporate contracts for clients in the cannabis industry, and managing client matters. Jessica enjoys working with clients in the ever-changing and rapidly growing cannabis industry.

Jessica is a California native and was born and raised in the Bay Area. She is fluent in Spanish and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
